Ultra Rationale is a technique that connects every single muscle cell to its user's consciousness. It allows the user to plan actions and have muscles move exactly according to the plan, leaving no room for instincts or spontaneous movements. Because he needs to plan everything beforehand it requires some time for him to do anything, but when he does, he carries it out with perfect accuracy.
