Pickup Equipment Summon
The weapon can be pulled in the Pickup Equipment Summon. Increased rates for weapon pickup were present in the following summons:

Mileage
The weapon can be bought in the Mileage shop for 300. It can also be obtained by buying an Epic Exclusive Equipment box for 300 or 900.
Exchange Pickup Ticket
Both Sweet Radar and Chocolate Collector Ameris can be exchanged for 200 Pickup Tickets each in the Summons section 6 weeks before they appear in the Mileage shop.
