Side Stories are replayable episodes separate from the Guardian Tales main Story. These usually depict side adventures of The Knight alongside the Side Story's featured 3-Star Hero.
Description[]
Originally, all Side Stories were playable, but these were reset due to a game update related to the Side Story replay function. These were then re-released sequentially, with players being able to receive rewards again (except Cards and Costumes) even though they have cleared the Side Story previously.
With the new sequential update, Side Stories are first released as Live Events, wherein stages can be unlocked by accumulating Event Points. When the Side Story is made available for replay, all unlocked stages from the Live Events are accessible with retained collection progress, while locked stages need to be unlocked using 
Stamina.
Unlike Worlds of the Main Story, 
Purple Coins earned in Side Stories are cumulative regardless of Story played.

There are currently 15 short stories. Story stages unrelated to the main Story are available with the unlocking of Side Story after clearing World 2-2, while others require clearance of certain main stages.
