Princess of the Ogre Tribe

Shrine Maiden(Kannagi) Shuna

Shuna is one of the playable Fire Heroes in the game Guardian Tales. She is assigned to the Support class and uses a Staff.

Story

Shuna serves as the chief economic advisor of the Jura Tempest Federation and is a princess of the Ogre Tribe.

After surviving the Orc Invasion, she journeyed with a group of Ogre survivors, seeking revenge on a masked Majin. During this quest, she came across Rimuru Tempest and engaged in battle due to a misunderstanding. However, Shuna quickly intervened, realizing Rimuru was not the Majin they sought. After hearing about their plight, Rimuru extended an offer for the Ogre survivors to join him as his subordinates, a proposition which they accepted.

As a token of their allegiance, Rimuru bestowed upon her the name "Shuna." Subsequently, during Rimuru's evolution into a Demon Lord through the Harvest Festival, all the Demons spiritually connected to Rimuru, including Shuna, received a gift, resulting in her transformation into an Oni.

Shuna played a significant role in the cultural development of the Jura Tempest Federation while assisting Rimuru. Although she mainly trained students in culinary and sartorial arts, given her status as the Ogre princess, she also exhibited adeptness in negotiations and foreign affairs.

Shuna cares deeply for her lord, Rimuru. Thanks to her faith in Rimuru, Shuna is able to use Holy Magic despite being a monster, with which she once used to overpower Clayman's subordinate, "Adalmann." Occasionally, she gets into friendly arguments with Shion, Rimuru's secretary, about taking care of Rimuru. The look of exhaustion on Rimuru's face during these moments is always an amusing sight.
