You unlock the stage by entering 1-1 Inn and going left from the first turn you can. Using the Mole Glove you can make a path to Dragon Knight Shapira, who will run away from you on sight and drop a map with secret passageway. Picking up the map will allow you to enter the stage.
As you enter the forest, you will see Dragon Knight Shapira talking to herself. She is talking about apologizing to a princess. As you approach her, she is startled by you and immediately starts a fight with you. This will start a fight with Mysterious Knight. If you use ranged attacks and stay away from her, you should have an easy time dealing with her. Once you defeat her, she will escape in a smoke cloud, screaming "Honor to Rah Empire". You will be awarded with Suspicious Dragon Knight's Card as you complete the subquest.
After defeat there is a new path open that will lead to a treasure chest and a Demon Altar. In the chest, there is a Dark Knight costume and once you break the altar, you have finished the stage.
