In 1-2 Forest Entrance Cecil is holding a concert. Amongst the people listening is a girl who will, upon talking to her, tell you of the "Slime Face Cream". The Face Cream is sold out everywhere, but she knows of a place to hunt slimes for the cream. You will learn the location of Slimeville and unlock the secret stage.
Immediately after entering, you will be shown a cut scene of two girls talking about the Slime Face Cream. They are being friendly and talking about sharing any possible cream they may come across. Before they can finish their conversation, a huge crowd comes running between them, all screaming about the face cream. After the crowd has passed the blonde girl has a change of heart and knocks her friend unconscious before chasing after the crowd.
Chasing after the crown yourself, you will find yourself in combat with multiple monsters. There are slimes and goblins, but any slimes will be killed by NPC's before you can reach them. That is until you reach one last slime. You go forward to kill it but are suddenly stopped by the blonde girl from the beginning. She jumps on you claiming the slime to be hers and you end up fighting the Elf Lady for the slime.
Once you successfully defeat the Elf Lady and then kill the slime, the game will prompt you to use the slime cream. As you rub it on your face the Lady barks at you. You keep putting on the slime cream just to spite the lady and the lady warns you about too much slime cream. You keep putting it on anyway until you, yourself are turned into a slime.
Just as you turned into a slime, the crowd of people reach you and attack you. After defeating the crowd, multiple small slimes come out of the bushes to celebrate you for saving the slime forest. They open up a path, leading to a Treasure Chest and a Demon Altar. In the chest is Lv. 8 Saber, some Experience and Gold. You can exit the stage by destroying the Demon Altar.
