Party

Party is where the player creates a Team using Heroes acquired through the Summons and Story. The Party menu can be accessed at any time after completing the Prologue. By default, there are two party slots open, and the first will be occupied by The Knight. The third and fourth slots are subsequently unlocked as the player progresses through World 1, and World 2. In story quests, other Characters may also join or replace the Party even without a required or open slot.

Team Building

Each party has four slots to which Heroes can be assigned. A total of eight parties can be formed with various team combinations. A single Hero can be assigned to multiple parties. Each Party will have combined "DPS" and "Toughness" statistics which are the sum of all the Heroes' calculated DPS and Toughness. This is extremely useful when considering who to challenge someone on Colosseum.

Team Combination Skill

If a party is built in a specific way, a Team Combination Skill can be used. Once all the requirements for a Team Combination Skill are met, an additional button appears next to the other skills. After fully charged, it can be used to unleash a powerful attack against enemies.

Chain Skills

Main article: Chain Skill

While Weapon Skill is limited to the team leader only, each hero in the party is able to launch a follow-up attack known as Chain Skill. The Chain Skill of each hero can be unlocked through Awakening of their central awakening node. Chain skills place another Ailment status on the enemy, allowing the subsequent party members to continue the chain. However, chain skills targeting the same Ailment cannot be initiated together. Building the party correctly enables the player to unleash all the Heroes' Chain Skills simultaneously.
