Mei is an apprentice of master Tao in school of Shen Mountain Fist.
Once prestigious, her family was destroyed by false treason accusations by its political rivals. She started training martial arts to get her revenge, but eventually got attracted to level of depth, both physically and spiritually, that lies within the art.
She has natural gift in martial arts. Before mater Tao took her, she already trained herself into a competent martial artist. She is hot headed and impatient, but she is starting to learn to control herself through meditation.

Mei, the last successor to the Shen Mountain Fist, travels the world and gains numerous insights!
When her family met its downfall after falling prey to the Viper Clan's slander, Mei wandered. Eventually, she came to receive training from Old Master Tao alongside the Guardian and mastered the moves of the Shen Mountain Fist, which allowed her to defeat the Viper Clan, a clan that threatened Shen City. Mei then left with the Guardian to experience a bigger world while Fei inherited the will of Old Master Tao, who lost his life in the fight against the Viper Clan, and carried on the teachings of the Shen Mountain Fist. Though the Shen Mountain Fist staggered for a moment following Old Master Tao's death, by joining forces with the Guardian and winning the Martial Arts Dodgeball Competition, Mei once again promoted its status to the world.
As Mei's fame spread, fake clans that made money by impersonating the Shen Mountain Fist cropped up. Mei, who couldn't just sit and watch, challenged the fake clans to a duel. In doing so, she rescued the victims who were deceived and retrieved their stolen wealth. In the midst of it, Mei comes across a rumor of a clan that uses martial arts strangely similar to the Shen Mountain Fist but in an aggressive manner. At first, she thought it was just another impostor clan, but as she heard more and more eyewitness accounts, she realized there were too many similarities. Intrigued, Mei paid them a visit. But the building was empty, and no clues were to be found.
For the advancement of the Shen Mountain Fist, Mei continued sparring by visiting numerous strong fighters and clans. Though there were places that expressed reluctance towards Mei's visit, they also showed interest in the young master they had only heard rumors of and accepted her sparring challenge. Among them were people such as a giant man like the Viper Clan Leader, a Teatan of the outskirts who demonstrated nimble martial arts, and even a guru that could fly and wield a sword. By engaging in her matches with unyielding determination, Mei was able to develop her Shen Mountain Fist to be as solid as diamond. Upon hearing the news, Fei also continued to train, reviewing the records and teachings on Shen Mountain Fist that his master left behind.
The two regularly spar at the Shen Mountain Fist dojo to share the martial arts they have learned. For the growth of martial arts, this sparring match was held publicly. The clash between Fei's soft, dance-like Shen Mountain Fist and Mei's hard, diamond-like Shen Mountain Fist aroused awe in its viewers. Though there were people who made bets on their match at first, all matches would end in a tie, so they quietly disappeared. Before anyone knew it, this sparring competition became a famous attraction of Shen City. The Ultimate Ice Flame Bomb the two shoot together into the sky after the match seems to be especially popular.
