Invaders are the main antagonists in the Story of Guardian Tales. Former humans turned aliens, they serve as opponents in a few worlds the Heroes are in, and are the cause of many of the current world's dark incidents.
Description[]
An Invader's appearance is like a mixture of aliens and demons. The color of an invader stays the same regardless of their element, setting them apart from most of the other enemies. Invaders are characterized by their yellow and orange bodies and faces covered with black masks. Most Invaders wear armor, with its design differing depending on the type of Invader.
It was revealed in the Record Room entries that the Invaders were formerly humans, prior to their exposure to the Labose bacteria.
Unlike other enemies encountered in the game, Invaders in-story rely on their strategic and tactical abilities. Invaders think of themselves as above human beings, and other than that, they treat the latter as if they were just talking animals. Thus, they go out to slaughter humans without discrimination and spread Invader Crystals with the aim of destroying human civilization because in their eyes any species besides them are "Tainted Beings". Invaders use any method available to conquer a world, but their invasion methods in each world are all different. Kanterbury and Teatan Kingdom were invaded using flying beings and contraptions. Invader Crystals were used in Magic School, the City of Shen, and 21 Kanterbury Street. Mt. Shivering and Rah Empire involved political strife, social stratification, and diplomatic relations. The cases in Burywood and Invader Coverage reveal the presence of propaganda through journalism and mass media.

Known Characters[]
Corps[]
Materiel[]
Mothership[]
Often gargantuan interstellar vehicles that act as artificial habitats for non-combat oriented colonists and survivors and as mass-assault platforms during major military operations such as the Attack on Kanterbury Kingdom and the Invasion of Heavenhold. They may be equipped with artillery, guided missiles, directed energy weapons, and so forth, and are likely capable of hyperspace travel, and can bypass primordial barriers such as the one supposedly sealing off Demon World.[1]
According to Beth, despite the fact that external appearances and weaponry may differ from model to model and between Corps, all Invader motherships have a standardized internal layout, with their main computer being situated at the Central Control Room, and so on.[2]
These motherships allowed the mass-evacuation of the final remnants of their kind from their homeworld some time in the past.[3]
Central Supply Ship[]
A subclass of specialized Mothership whose sole purpose is to act as the centralized mobile storage for the totality of each Corps' Antibody supply.[4]
Equipment[]
Portable Teleporter[]
Standard issue equipment that allows rapid transportation between motherships and the surface.
Invader Crystals[]
Compact energy storage drives that power industrial and military functions of the Invader Order.
Antibodies[]
Unbound cell receptors that facilitate an effective immune response against general forms of Labose, and Mana Poisoning too.
