Following the butterflies in 1-2 Forest Entrance they will lead you to a map which will reveal the location of the Hidden Flower Garden.
The Hidden Flower Garden doesn't have any monsters or puzzles. It is a home to Leaf Fairy Aoba, who will give you the sub quest Lazy Fairy, after you've talked to her multiple times and she is annoyed enough to give you a quest just so you go away. Upon completing the quest, she will join you and you receive her as hero permanently. You will also receive the Lazy Fairy's Card. Going past the fairy, you reach a Treasure Chest and Demon Altar. In the chest is Lv. 8 Pearl Necklace and you can exit the stage by destroying the Demon Altar.
