You can gain access to Guardian's Forest by talking to an evil-looking man in 1-3 In the Forest just south of the Healing Altar. He gives you a sub quest and tells you the location of the secret stage.
As you enter the stage, you can see the man who gave you the quest for No Forests for Humans hidden behind some fallen trunks and a lowering stone. You cannot talk to him, nor interact with him. There are however other people that are happily bouncing around and tell you about their appreciation of the forest. Continuing north, you will come across Elf Archer Leah, who will stop you in your tracks and tell you that you are not allowed into the forest. If you tell her that you're "just a tourist passing by", she will send you back towards where you came from. If you pick a fight with her, a battle will start and you must defeat her to proceed.
Once you defeat Leah, you have the choice of either sparing her or killing her. If you spare her, she will tell you that she will trust you if you defeat the poacher who gave you the quest in the first place. You have another choice of giving him Gold to bribe him away or actually defeat him. After the defeat, his friend will come and pick him up and drag him off. You can then return to Leah and she will reward you with access to the forest along with the completion of No Forests for Humans. She will also give you Elf Archer's Card.
The path to the forest that Leah opened, will lead you to a Treasure Chest with Magic Bow and a Demon Altar. You can exit the level by destroying the Altar.
