In 1-6 Deep Ancient Ruin, from Cecil's concert to the east, you'll see another passageway. It will lead you to another star piece, but also a grave. Interact with the grave to unlock the stage.
As you enter, a ghost approaches you, wishing to be released from the eternal duty of guarding a treasure. You'll go through the path defeating other guarding ghosts. From the first crossroads, if you go east, you'll find a treasure chest with Lv. 10 Obsidian Necklace. From the second crossroads to the south you'll find another chest with Strengthening Hammer in it.
Once you reach the end, the ghost from the beginning thanks you, turns blue and slowly disappears as he can finally rest in peace. The final chest next to the Demon Altar contains Lv. 15 Strengthened Blunderbuss Gun.
