Heroes[]
Heroes refer to the playable characters you can use in your Party. There are a total of 115 heroes spread across 3 grades: 3-Star Heroes are the strongest, followed by 2-Star, then 1-Star.
Story Characters[]
Main Characters[]
The protagonist of the Story of Guardian Tales. A new recruit in Kanterbury's Guardians, they find themselves in the middle of an Invader attack and becomes the guardian of the Little Princess. Upon discovering the Champion Sword, they go on a journey around the world to find the other Champions for a chance to save their homeland.
The princess of Kanterbury and the younger sister of Camilla the Queen. After unconsciously activating her powers to save The Knight from the Dark Magician, she gets separated from Queen Camilla and Knight Captain Eva, and accompanies The Knight in their journey around the world.
Recurring Characters[]
Mad Panda Trio[]
One for all, all for one. Composed of Scarlet, Danny, and Red Panda, they are a team of bounty hunters first encountered kidnapping Little Princess in Kanterbury Forest. After several encounters with The Knight, they've become allies.
Blacksmith[]
A blacksmith who wanders the world, breaking Equipment under the pretext of Enhancing Equipment.
Lana[]
A positive and bubbly ninja-style oni girl obsessed with running and trying to beat The Knight in a race every time she is encountered. Upon winning, the player receives Cards and Star Pieces as a reward, and a promise to another challenge again next time.
Cecil[]
A traveling busker who has attracted fans of different Species. When encountered, the background music changes to that of her playing and singing.
Androids[]
Robots who manage Heavenhold. They do various chores, such as building and repairing buildings and managing finances. Due to their programming, at times, they take naps during their work. When the situation becomes unfavorable to them, they treat The Knight as a stranger, or they pretend to be broken because of an error, or they turn off the power and pretend to be dead.
Burning Warrior[]
An undead warrior whose face burns with flames. It appears frequently in many worlds to help in puzzle-solving, as going near him can set fire to objects.
Hyper[]
An elf swordsman from the kingdom of Byrule. She is looking for the legendary sword to save the kingdom's prince, Yelda. However, it was destroyed by the Blacksmith, and she was given a laser cannon instead. She re-appears in later stages as a minor character.
