Rachel is one of the playable Water Heroes in the game Guardian Tales. She is assigned to the Warrior class and uses a One-Handed Sword.

Rachel, the beach racer who showed up by boat to take on the refreshing seas this summer!
She and the Guardian previously defeated the Graybeard Pirates and rescued a group of children, returning them back to their families. After that day, the children were so inspired by Rachel that they joined her on her adventures as part of her pirate crew. As they were about to declare their departure and set off to the seas, they realized they were missing the most important thing pirates need: a boat.
Rachel rushed to the shipyard to order a pirate ship with an impressive hull and a captivating crimson rose painted on it, but to the carpenters of the shipyard, the Crimson Rose Pirates had already been famously blacklisted. This is because while the boat she requested was the type of work any carpenter longed for, she wanted to pay for it using the treasure she was certain she'd find in the future.
In dire need of money, Rachel got a job as a duck pedal boat lifeguard. However, while working, she received a report from a customer saying that their boat had been seized by a strange man. Rachel immediately hopped onto a spare duck pedal boat and hurtled to the seized boat. Inside the swaying duck pedal boat, Rachel unexpectedly met Graybeard, her former captain. The Graybeard Pirates were trying to make a fresh start using the duck pedal boat after being brought down by Rachel's betrayal. Now, once again, Rachel was blocking their path. Graybeard, unable to hold back his rage, charged towards Rachel's duck pedal boat. Both boats capsized.
Rachel returned with the two broken duck pedal boats. Her boss burst into fiery anger over the two broken boats, but Rachel felt proud for catching Graybeard and the customers cheered her on. In the end, her boss had to settle up by giving her a boat, the thing she wanted most. While the boat they were able to procure in this manner was worn-out and shabby, it was more than enough to set the Crimson Rose Pirates sailing.

Hero Summon
The hero can be obtained through summoning in the Hero Summons. Increased rates for the hero were present in the following Hero Pick-Up Events:
- 2024-07-25 after maintenance ~ 2024-08-06 12:59:59 (14 days, server time*)
Mileage
The hero can be purchased in the Mileage shop for 
300.
Exchange Pickup Ticket
Both this hero and their EX Weapon can be exchanged for 200 Pickup Tickets each in the Summons section 6 weeks before they appear in the Mileage shop.
