You'll see a cutscene of Loraine and the Little Princess. Loraine is telling the Princess that she will bring her to you and lead the way. The Little Princess drops her handkerchief on the way. While they are sneaking past some Ogres, you make Loraine's phone ring and the ogres are alerted. While Loraine and the princess run away, the ogres start chasing them.
Going along the path, you'll see the Blacksmith chasing some armored ghost monsters. She will boast about her skills as a blacksmith and give you the sub quest Blacksmith and Hyper.
Following the objective, will lead you to Lv.1 Master Blade which you can pull out of the stone. Doing so will result in you being attacked by a bunch of monsters, but you can use the Master Blade to quickly defeat them. As soon as you're about to leave, the Blacksmith will come out of nowhere to "upgrade" your newly acquired Master Blade. You have no choice but to let her and watch from the side as the Master Blade breaks into pieces.
Just as the Master Sword broke, an Elf Woman comes from the bushes to look for it. She tells you that she was supposed to kill an evil pig with it. The Blacksmith gives her a gun as compensation and she leaves with it. After she's gone, the Blacksmith will give you a Blacksmith Beeper to call her when you're in need. This unlocks Weapon Enhancement System. You'll also finish Blacksmith and Hyper and receive Energetic Blacksmith's Card and a Forest Key which you can use to exit the stage.
Collectibles[]
This stage has 
Mysterious Slates you need to collect to get a costume. The first piece you can get at the Mysterious Altar, but going west from there, you can find another along with a 
star piece.
Going north from the Healing Altar to what seems to be a dead end, you'll wind a secret passageway next to the armored monster. You'll find the third Mysterious Slate from there and once you return all of them to the Mysterious Altar, you'll receive Cat Knight costume.
South of the Healing Altar, continue down as much as possible, until you come to face a girl who will tell you of the goblin ritual happening soon. You'll learn the location and unlock the secret stage Suspicious Goblin Ritual.
A star piece can be found at the broken pillars. Going south from them will lead you to a path that has another star piece and a Strengthening Hammer.
Just north of the Mysterious altar, behind the locked block, there is a grave. Interacting with it will bring out a ghost woman who will tell you that she wants the attention of another ghost and wants your help with it. Accepting the sub quest Ghost Guard will unlock Forest's Treasure.
